About · Kush AI Automation

We build the systems that handle the work nobody should be doing by hand.

Kush AI Automation builds and runs the systems that handle a small business’s repetitive work: email triage, customer replies, paperwork, follow-ups.

We build in accounts you own. Every system runs in shadow mode against your live data before it touches anything real. Nothing we deploy can move money without a person approving it. And we monitor for the run that never happens, not only the run that errors, because on our own systems 15% of scheduled runs once failed silently and nobody was told.

Those rules exist because we got burned without them. On our own operations, before any client’s.

We publish what we measure. The first field record, fourteen days of autonomous email triage on a live inbox, is on this site with the failure rate included.

Build standards · non-negotiable

Six rules we do not break, on any build, for any client.

Each one exists because we got burned without it. None of them is a preference.

Built in your accounts

Your workflow platform, your cloud project, your AI key. We hold least-privilege access. Cancel any time and keep everything, working.

Shadow mode first

Five to seven days running against your live data with zero writes. Watching, not touching. Our last shadow run caught two defects before they reached real mail.

Reversible by design

Archive and label, never permanent deletion. Thirty-day recovery on everything the system touches. A mistake should cost minutes, not data.

Human gates on money

Refunds, payments, and anything financial require human approval with an audit trail. The system is built without the ability to send. Not configured that way, built that way.

Monitored, always

A run that never starts writes no error. So we alert on absence, not only on failure. This is the rule we learned the hard way and it is now the first thing we build.

One owner per workflow

No tool soup where three systems fight over one inbox and nobody can say what did what. Every workflow has a named owner on both sides.

How we work · and what we refuse

We will tell you not to buy.

The audit exists to find out whether automation is worth it for you, which means it has to be able to return no. If nothing in your business clears the payback bar, we say so in writing and stop there. You keep the report.

We do not sell templates. Every agent and workflow is designed to the business it runs in. The process is productized, so you get speed. The configuration is bespoke, so you get a system shaped to how you actually work.

We do not take a build we cannot monitor. An automation nobody is watching degrades quietly, and a quietly degrading system is worse than no system, because you have already stopped checking.

What we are not.

We are not a staffing agency and we do not resell software. We are not the cheapest option in this market, and a bid that undercuts us is usually a build without monitoring attached.

We do not publish client logos we have not earned, testimonials we did not receive, or numbers we did not measure. Everything on this site with a figure attached came from a system we ran.
